1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DineX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DineX is a product of FragmentX.AI, a technology company registered in Thailand.

2. Service Description

DineX provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including QR ordering, kitchen display, waiter notifications, payment processing, analytics, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day refund policy for new subscribers.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into DineX. We do not access your data except as necessary to provide the service or when required by law.

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

DineX is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
