We collect information you provide directly: name, email, restaurant name, and phone number when you create an account or contact us. We also collect usage data including order data, menu configurations, and analytics to provide our services.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve DineX services, process orders, generate reports, and communicate with you about your account. Restaurant data is completely isolated per tenant — no data is shared between restaurants.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including JWT authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access control, and complete multi-tenant data isolation. Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for hosting (Railway, Cloudflare), database (Neon PostgreSQL), and payment processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.
