Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features become available immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
No special hardware is required. DineX works on any device with a web browser — phones, tablets, and computers. For receipt printing, we support Raspberry Pi-based thermal printers with our one-command setup, but this is optional.
Absolutely. DineX uses enterprise-grade security: JWT authentication, role-based access control, complete data isolation per tenant, and encrypted connections. Your data is never shared with other restaurants.
Cash payments are available on all plans. Pro and Enterprise plans also support PromptPay QR, credit cards, and mobile banking. Customers can upload payment slips for verification.
Yes. The Kitchen Display and Waiter apps are Progressive Web Apps (PWA) with offline capability. Orders are queued locally and automatically synced when the connection is restored.
