Thai restaurants face unique challenges: multilingual customers, complex menus with extensive customizations, PromptPay-first payment culture, and delivery platform integration. Most POS systems are either too generic or too expensive to address these realities.
DineX was built from the ground up to solve these specific problems. Every feature — from Thai TTS kitchen announcements to PromptPay QR generation to Grab/LINE MAN pickup boards — exists because a real restaurant needed it.

DineX is built on a modern, scalable tech stack: NestJS for the API, React for all frontends, PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM for the database, Socket.io for real-time communication, and PWA technology for offline capability. The entire system is multi-tenant by design, with complete data isolation per restaurant.
Our hardware integration extends to Raspberry Pi-based thermal printer servers with Cloudflare Tunnel for secure remote access, and a self-healing WiFi captive portal for network reconfiguration without IT expertise.
